What does an AC AMC include in Dubai?
Our AMC includes scheduled maintenance visits with a multi-point service — coil and filter cleaning, refrigerant pressure check, condensate drainage flush, electrical and thermostat inspection, and a performance test. The Comprehensive plan adds free gas top-up, common spare parts, priority emergency call-outs and a member discount.
How many maintenance visits do I get per year?
The Basic plan includes 2 scheduled visits a year (before and during summer). The Comprehensive plan includes 4 quarterly visits for year-round protection.
Is gas top-up and parts included?
On the Comprehensive plan, yes — free refrigerant top-up and common spare parts and consumables are included, with no surprise invoices. On the Basic plan, labour and visits are covered and any parts are charged with a 10% member discount.
How much does an AC AMC cost?
Price depends on the number of units and property type (apartment, villa, multiple units), so we start with a free AC health-check and then give you one fixed annual price. You can pay annually or in monthly instalments.
